As Salaam Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
Tomorrow is the day I have been dreading all week. Dhuha is having a hearing test done but because she is autistic she does not react normally to a regular hearing test. So we have to go to hospital in the morning and they will test her hearing by checking her brain stem, while she is under general anaesthetic.
Apparently this operation is done on children as young as 9 months old and almost no complications ever happen. Still I worry. Also this will be quite a grueling day for her because she will have to be woken 2 and a half hours earlier than normal and she won’t be able to eat or drink until after its all finished. It will be quite stressful for everyone.
Please make duaa for her and I ask Allah to reward you all for that.
